At Sony Music Vinyl, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your record arrives damaged or you are unhappy with your order, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.
Prepare the Package
Carefully place the vinyl in its original protective packaging, ensuring the record is secure and the sleeve is protected from bending during transit.
Label and Ship
Print your prepaid shipping label, affix it to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned media, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
